Welcome to www.hydropolislounge.com. The website (referred to as the “Site”) is owned and operated by Hydropolis Lounge. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience at Hydropolis Lounge.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 561-791-6241.
Please understand that a no call/no show uses appointment time that could be provided to another customer.
Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Hydropolis Lounge – we will never spam you or sell your information.

www.hydropolislounge.com may include links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Hydropolis Lounge, and we are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of these links does not imply our endorsement or association. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Hydropolis Lounge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.hydropolislounge.com is offered.
